We are a small architectural firm based in Småland with a focus on sustainable solutions. Since our inception in 2022, we have helped individuals, businesses and municipalities in Vimmerby, Kinda, Hultsfred and the surrounding area to realise their building dreams – from the first sketch to the final drawing and project management.
We work with private individuals, builders, associations, municipalities, the Church of Sweden and housing companies – whether it’s building permit drawings, measurements, colour schemes or project management.
Malin Starenflykt…
… is a civil engineer and project manager with extensive experience in both public and private construction projects.
At Starlings Arkitekt, she works with project management, control responsibility and building permit processes, always focusing on clarity, quality and reliable guidance throughout the project.
Her strength lies in combining technical expertise with reliable project management. She thrives when she gets to create structure, solve problems and help customers realise their building ideas.
Professional experience
During her career, Malin has managed and been responsible for both small and large construction projects. Her work ranges from new construction and remodelling to renovations and ongoing property development.
She has been the lead project manager for several large public-sector projects, including a modern preschool, a new retirement home and a planned secondary school for 600 students. In addition to this, she has managed numerous smaller refurbishments and extensions, technical investigations and demolition projects.
With her experience, she can quickly identify risks, create clarity in complex projects, and keep the work moving forward at a steady, well-considered pace.
