Building Permit Drawings

We help you prepare complete building permit drawings for new construction, extensions, and renovations.

We always begin with a free initial meeting, where we discuss your needs, timeline, and the scope of the project. After the meeting, you will receive a written proposal, so you know exactly what is included

Important to prepare before our meeting

  • Have a plot or site identified – this affects the project’s conditions and possibilities.
  • Have an approximate timeline in mind – we will discuss this further, as the building process often takes longer than expected.
  • Check the local Building Committee’s requirements for your project (we can assist with contact if needed).

Certified Control Manager

Do you need a Control Manager for your building project? We are certified as a Control Manager (KA) with the highest qualification, K, which allows us to oversee even complex construction projects. The certification is issued by RISE

Som byggherre är det du som anlitar en kontrollansvarig – en obligatorisk roll vid alla byggprojekt som kräver bygglov. Vi har lång erfarenhet inom området, med över 10 års erfarenhet som både kvalitetsansvarig och kontrollansvarig.

Control Manager according to Swedish PBL:

  • För att uppfylla gällande lagar, förordningar, föreskrifter, krävs att byggherren anlitar en certifierad kontrollansvarig. Det är KA som ska se till att samhällets minimikrav för en byggnad uppfylls. För att säkerställa att den kontrollansvarige har den kompetens som behövs ska alla KA vara certifierade.
  • Kontrollansvarig ska upprätta en så kallad kontrollplan och se till att alla som deltar i byggprocessen arbetar enligt kontraktshandlingarna och byggreglerna. Detta sker genom egenkontroll, vilket innebär att projektörer likväl som hantverkare själva ska intyga att de följt gällande regler vid utfört arbete.
  • KA ska anmälas redan när man söker bygglov och ska också delta i det tekniska samrådet med kommunen, vara med på besiktningar samt själv besöka byggplatsen ett antal gånger.

At Starlings Arkitekt, we have the experience and proper training to carry out annual playground inspections. We check that the equipment is in safe condition and prepare an action plan for any issues, ensuring that children can play safely and securely
